7 Day Return/Exchange

Customers may return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery and request a refund. A return shipping charge of ₹79 will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

We also provide size exchange and replacement of any manufacturing defective product within 7 days. Our courier partner will pick up from your delivery address.

7 Day Return/Exchange for Winter Products

For Winter Items like Thermaloft Jackets and Fleece Pyjamas. Customers can return the product and avail full refund within 7 days after delivery date.

*Returns are not accepted for Winter Fleece Jackets and Clearance Sale items.

The refund is processed once the return pick up is delivered to our warehouse . It would take 5-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account post return delivery.
